This is a 30 or 60 minute rehab session once an assessment has been done. These sessions usually follow a plan which has been setup after the assessment by the biokineticist.
- The 30-60 minute sessions will cover a range of things depending on the patients needs.
- This could entail a very specific rehab session which is different for each individual (example: focus on quadriceps strengthening for a knee condition, focus on ankle proprioception for ankle injury etc.)
- Could be a strength and conditioning (S&C) session
- Can even be a mix of a bit of both, so focus on ankle proprioception while working on strengthening the upper body through exercise.
