Recovery Class

Our recovery class focuses on using various exercises and stretching techniques to alleviate the feeling of fatigue after a long week of training and aims to promote “flushing” and the relief of the feeling of “stiffness” from the body. We use proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation stretching, foam rolling, static stretching and various low to moderate cardiovascular exercises to achieve this. The class is 45 to 60 minutes long.
