We specialize in the recovery component of training and the prioritization of training programmes for our clients. We focus mainly on the best ways for you to recover from hectic training sessions and competitions, periodizing your program so that you are in the best possible shape before your competition/start of season. We also work at events such as “Battle of the Beast”, “Clash in the north” and “the Deep South Throwdown” where we focus on during event recovery for the next day of competition or recovery after the competition. Straining Point also runs classes that focus on recovery and flexibility and also a pre-season cricket strengthening program.
